Founded in 1999, AppraisalPacific has quickly earned a solid reputation for providing clients with responsive, comprehensive and thorough commercial valuation and consulting services. Our principals, Andrew P. Mitrosilis, MAI, John C. Agamata, CGREA, and Ted P. Douglas, MAI, have been actively engaged in the real estate appraisal profession since the early 1980's. Our experienced appraisal team consists of professionals that have earned the MAI designation, the top professional designation awarded by the Appraisal Institute along with California State Certified and Licensed Real Estate Appraisers supported by skilled production and management to ensure the efficient completion of all assignments. Our appraisal team has extensive knowledge in real estate valuations, estate tax valuations, property tax appeals, data research, market analysis, and all other aspects of appraisal problem solving. Together, AppraisalPacific is able to accommodate multiple assignments with strict adherence to delivery dates and compliance to the highest standards and practices. Mitrosilis, MAI, earned his Bachelors Degree
from California State University, Long Beach in 1983. Mr. Mitrosilis holds
an MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute and is licensed with the
State of California as a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser. Since
1984, Mr. Mitrosilis has prepared appraisals and provided valuation and
consulting services on properties located throughout Southern California
ranging from $300,000 to $30,000,000 in value. In 1996 he formed Andrew
P. Mitrosilis, Commercial Real Estate Appraisal Services. Mr. Mitrosilis
expanded his practice in 1999 to form AppraisalPacific with principals

John C. Agamata, CGREA, has been actively involved in real
estate valuations in Southern California since 1980. Mr. Agamatas
experience and business relations were central to the formation and foundation
of AppraisalPacific. He is licensed in California as a Certified General
Real Estate Appraiser. From 1980 to 1988, Mr. Agamata was an independent
fee appraiser providing appraisal services for a variety of mortgage brokers
and commercial banks. In 1988 he implemented the Real Estate Appraisal
Division of Agamata and Associates. Throughout his appraisal career Mr.
Agamata has provided valuations (including properties valued over $25
million) consultations, market analyses and feasibility studies for financial
institutions and commercial lenders on a wide range of commercial, industrial,
residential and special purpose properties in the counties of San Diego,
Orange, Los Angeles, Riverside and San Bernardino. johna@appraisalpacific.com Ted P. Douglas, MAI, received his Bachelors Degree from the University of California, Riverside in 1982. Mr. Douglas holds an MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute and is licensed in California as a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser. With tax consultation and management expertise, Mr. Douglas complements and completes the AppraisalPacific principal team by offering expanded services to a larger client base. In addition to his many years of real estate valuation experience, Mr. Douglas held the position of Senior Property Tax Consultant for Marvin F. Poer & Company, a national ad valorem consulting firm based in Dallas, Texas. From 1995 to 1999 he prepared and presented formal real property assessment appeals at the county level in Los Angeles, Orange, Ventura, Riverside, San Bernardino and San Diego counties. As part of the assessment appeals process, he prepared and presented both oral and written appraisals before appointed assessment appeals boards on a variety of commercial and industrial properties valued from $1,000,000 to $150,000,000. tedd@appraisalpacific.com
